Planning your own wedding started off great, but now you realize you need help. There are still a few vendors that you need to book, seating charts that need to be made and you would love to have a professional planner look over what you have completed so far and tie it all together. This is where we can step in and take over. We will make assist with making sure your checklist gets completed, all your loose ends are neatly tied up, and you can become a stress-free bride and groom. Let us pull together your décor and fabulous details!

-Unlimited contact via email, phone, and in person or virtual meetings
-Two Venue Tours
-FULL assistance with booking 3 vendors
-Vendor recommendations / search on additional vendors
-Three client / planner/ vendor meetings
-Ceremony / reception room layouts
-Assistance with décor selection + styling
-Provide Day of Emergency Kit
-Ensure all non-vendor managed décor properly placed per the clients vision.
-Liaison for vendors; direct and assist with setup and serve as point person for any --questions or emergencies
-Collect and distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors on the wedding day.
-Cue and lineup the wedding party for the ceremony processional, grand reception entrance, and other important events throughout the evening.
-Coordinate couple’s send off at end of the wedding reception.
-Secure gifts, cards, and personal items at end of wedding.
-Assist with clean up of the venue space at end of evening
