This is where we can step in and take over, make sure the rest of your checklist gets completed, all your loose ends are neatly tied up, and you can become a stress-free bride and groom. Let us pull together your décor and fabulous details! We will make sure every element is cohesive and gorgeous.

-1 Planner to coordinate ceremony rehearsal
-Provide Day of Emergency Kit
-Ensure all non-vendor managed decor properly placed per the clients direction.
-Liaison for vendors; direct and assist with setup and serve as point person for any --questions or emergencies
-Collect and distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors on the wedding day.
-Cue and lineup the couple and wedding party for the ceremony processional, grand reception entrance, and other important events through out the eavening.
-Coordinate couple’s send off at end of the wedding reception.
-Secure gifts, cards, and personal items at end of wedding.
-Strike down venue at end of evening
